Before submitting photo images, saved them to a directory on your computer or network.
The combined (exterior plus interior) maximum number of photos is 60.
To decrease submission time, reduce photo resolution to 640 x 480 or 800 x 600.
Submit Digital Photo Images using our Web Site:
From the Outstanding Orders Web Page, find the case that requires photos.
Click link, Enter Form.
On the next web page, Click link, Photo Page - Subject.
On the Photo Actions Web Page, click on the Submit Exterior Subject Photos or Submit Exterior and Interior Photos link.
Submit Subject Exterior (and Interior) Photos:
This will take you to the Photo Upload Page where you can upload both Exterior and Interior (if required) photos. Note: Maximum number of Photos is 60.
Click the Browse button.
Navigate to the location of the photo image files on your computer.
Select a photo image and click the Open button, or simply double click directly on the photo image file.
The photo image file name should appear in the selection box to the left of the Browse button.
If this order has both Interior and Exterior Photos, indicate what type of photo you just uploaded
You can also provide an Optional Description of the photo.
Repeat steps 1 to 6, until all photo image file names appear in the selection boxes for the order.
To upload additional photos, select Browse under the Additional Files section.
Each time you click on the Browse button in this section, a new photo upload line will display (up to 54 times)
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the web page.
A confirmation page will display indicating whether the submission was successful.
You can then Navigate to one of the following: BPO - Required Forms Menu | Photo Upload | View Photos / Mark Complete
If Comp Photos are not required, skip to View Photos/Mark Complete.
Submit Comp Photos (if indicated):
This field will only display if Comp Photos are required. Clicking on this link will take you to the
Photo Upload Page where you can upload photos for each comparable Note: Maximum number of Photos is 6.
Click the Browse button.
Navigate to the location of the photo image files on your computer.
Select a photo image and click the Open button, or simply double click directly on the photo image file.
The photo image file name should appear in the selection box to the left of the Browse button.
A Description is required for each photo and should indicate which comparable this photo is for.
Repeat steps 1 to 5, until all photo image file names appear in the selection boxes for the order.
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the web page.
A confirmation page will display indicating whether the submission was successful.
You can then Navigate to one of the following: BPO - Required Forms Menu | Photo Upload | View Photos / Mark Complete
View Photos/Mark Complete:
This page will allow you to modify photos (rotate and adjust lightness) and move them around.
NOTE: To save any of the changes described below, you will need to click on either the Save Changes or Mark Photos Complete button when you are done.
Change Order of Pictures
Click on the picture and hold your left mouse button down (or right if you have a left-handed mouse)
Drag the picture to where you want it to go - this includes being able to move photos from the Exterior column to the Interior column (if Interior Photos required)
Delete
To remove a picture, click on the Trash Can Icon
If you decide not to delete the photo, click on Undo Deletion button
Zoom
There are 2 ways to zoom:
Click on the photo to bring up a larger version of the picture.
Click on the Zoom Icon to bring up a larger version of the picture.
Rotate Photos
If the photo is uploaded sideways or upside down, you can rotate the photo by clicking on the Rotate Icon
If you decide not to rotate the photo, click on Undo Rotation button
Photo Brightness
You can adjust the darkness or lightness of a photo by sliding the bar to the left or right
To undo your changes, click on the Undo Lightening button or Undo Darkening button
NOTE: Again, to save any of the changes described above, you will need to click on either the Save Changes or Mark Photos Complete button when you are done.
Save Changes:
This will save any changes that you have made, allowing you to come back later and update the photos.
Note: This does not submit the photos to MGIC
Mark Photo Page Complete:
Note: Once all photos are submitted and verified, the last step is to mark them complete.
This notifies MGIC that you are finished submitting photos for the order.
Simply click on the Mark Photo Page Complete button at the bottom of the page.
The photos will be put into Submitted status after you Mark Photos Page Complete.
NOTE:
After "marking the photos complete", you realize that you need to add/remove photos, then contact your MGIC REV Photo Processor or MGIC REV Property Specialist*.
